Notice the green acres of landscape and park-quality grass around the Southwest campus I'm jealous of? Or, how about the media's inclusion of JCTC once a month as opposed to what may have previously been once a year? These are all signs that reflect the up rise of Jefferson Community and Technical College (JCTC) from mediocre last resort to a viable option for any college student.</description>
